Motorola fans can start looking for a new lineup of the Moto G6 soon as the company is planning to unveil a bunch of soon. With all the tech events nearby, Motorola is rumored to launch three different Moto G6 phones and one of them will be the Motorola Moto G6 Plus. As of now, nothing has been officially confirmed but we do know what to expect thanks to the rumor mill. Before we get to the specs, let’s check out the Motorola Moto G6 Plus South Africa price. Compared to the Motorola Moto G5s Plus’s price, it should be around R 4100 if not more.
As the title suggests, the Motorola Moto G6 Plus will be a big phone and will show up with a big 5.93-inch screen showing 2160b x 1080 pixels resolution in 18:9 aspect ratio and 407ppi of pixel density. While this screen size might lead you to believe that it will be a near bezel-less phone, the screen to body ratio will suggest other-wise. It won’t show up with a near bezel-less display but the top part won’t include fat bezels like the Motorola Moto G5S Plus. The display will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and the phone will be available in three different colors after the Motorola Moto G6 Plus release date South Africa: Dark Lake, Deep Indigo and Nimbus.
Things are looking slightly different on paper in the camera department. While the Motorola Moto G5S Plus packed two 13-megapixel cameras, the Moto G6 Plus will be packing one 12-megapixel camera and one 5-megapixel camera. It sounds like the Moto G6 Plus’s camera got demoted but we will have to wait for the Motorola Moto G6 Plus release date South Africa to find out more. This camera will include dual-LED dual-tone flash and will be capable of capturing 1080p videos at 30fps. The front camera will be getting a boost and will be a 16-megapixel one with f/2.0 aperture. It will include LED flash as well. If you are not interested to wait for this phone, there is the Google Pixel 2 and iPhone X you can try. These phones are currently popular as two of the best camera focused phones but are not in the same price range as the Motorola Moto G6 Plus South Africa price.
No major changes are expected under the hood. The Motorola Moto G6 Plus will be running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 octa-core processor paired with an optional 3GB or 4GB of RAM depending on the version you choose. There will be two built-in storage options as well: 32GB and 64GB. Other notable features of this phone are: microSD card slot, Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, Bluetooth 5.0, 3200mAh battery, fast battery charging and 3.5mm headphone jack port. If you are looking for some more mid-range phones, there is the OnePlus 3T and Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 you can check out.
Motorola didn’t reveal anything about their upcoming Moto G6 lineup yet, but we can expect to see this smartphone sometimes in March, 2018. As it can take a while for the phone to show up, you can check out some more phones in the same price range as the Motorola Moto G6 Plus if you don’t want to wait that long.
